Outdoor events involve weather risk. Learn what qualifies for a refund and when we may suspend installation for safety.

Unless Otherwise Stated in Writing
- Rain does not qualify for a refund.
- Wind does not qualify for a refund.
- Heat or cold does not qualify for a refund.
For safety reasons, The Perfect Day Rentals reserves the right to postpone or suspend installations when weather conditions create an unsafe working environment.
Safety decisions are made solely at our discretion.
