Cancellations & Rescheduling
How to submit cancellations, refund eligibility, and our one complimentary date change policy.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation schedule outlined in your Rental Agreement or booking confirmation.
Date Changes
When possible, we are happy to accommodate one event date change at no additional charge, provided:
Additional date changes may incur administrative fees.
- Inventory is available.
- The request is made before the cancellation window.
- The new event date falls within a reasonable timeframe.
