Damage & Replacement

How replacement costs are calculated when rented equipment is damaged, lost, or returned excessively soiled.

Rental equipment should be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, allowing for normal wear.

Customers May Be Responsible For

Replacement costs will be based on the current replacement value of the equipment.

  • Lost equipment
  • Missing accessories
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Permanent stains
  • Broken items
  • Water damage
  • Improper use

Customers are responsible for rented equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned or picked up by The Perfect Day Rentals.

  • Using equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Keeping equipment secure from theft
  • Protecting equipment from severe weather
  • Preventing unnecessary damage
  • Returning all accessories and components together
