Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Everything you need to prepare your site for a smooth delivery, setup, and pickup by our team.

Delivery

We proudly deliver throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston.

Delivery windows are provided in advance whenever possible.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled delivery window, traffic, weather, and prior installations may occasionally affect arrival times.

Delivery Access

To ensure a successful delivery, please provide:

Additional labor charges may apply for difficult access.

  • Safe vehicle access
  • Adequate parking
  • Clear walkways
  • An accessible delivery location
  • Someone 18 years or older available to receive the order

Notify Us In Advance About

  • Stairs
  • Elevators
  • Long walking distances
  • Gated communities
  • Limited parking
  • Restricted loading areas
  • Beaches or uneven terrain

Setup Services

If setup has been purchased, our team will install only the equipment listed on your invoice.

Additional setup requests made on-site may incur additional labor charges if scheduling permits.

If setup was not purchased, customers are responsible for proper assembly and safe use of rented equipment.

Pickup

Please ensure all rental items are:

If equipment is unavailable or inaccessible at pickup, additional labor or rental charges may apply.

  • Free of personal belongings
  • Easily accessible
  • Ready at the scheduled pickup time
